Position Summary:

In the role of Facilities Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating FM operations, serving as a central point for various responsibilities and updates.

Your collaboration with site business partners and building maintenance teams will be crucial in ensuring efficient operational routines and prompt follow-up actions.


Engage with Site Business Partners and Building Maintenance Teams to establish and implement effective site/building operational confirmation routines and follow-up actions.

Represent the FM function in site-level working groups as necessary.
Prior experience in facilities management and construction is essential.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are critical.
