Programme Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Programme Assistant to join our Central Services & Operations team. As a Programme Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our programme teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programme Delivery Support:
    • Assist the Programme Manager in setting up venues, equipment, and materials.
    • Source and maintain merchandise for face-to-face programmes and manage supplier relationships.
    • Coordinate participant logistics, such as escorting groups to venues and handling last-minute faculty requests.
    • Support in-session needs, including acting as a point of contact for faculty and participants.
  • Live Online Programme Delivery Support:
    • Support the Programme Manager in delivering live online programmes, including coordinating technical requirements and managing participant interactions.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
