Join a prominent financial services firm known for its exceptional workplace culture and collaborative atmosphere.
We are seeking a dedicated individual to enhance our compliance and onboarding team. A background in compliance or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) is a prerequisite.
The Compliance Division offers expert advice, manages client onboarding, and supports the establishment of policies and procedures that align with the regulatory landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis from AML databases and the organization's practice management systems utilizing Excel.
- Perform thorough checks, which may include reviewing corporate filings, executing Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) and sanctions screenings, and analyzing the findings.
- Update the AML database post-verification of necessary checks.
- Collaborate with the Technology department to facilitate the integration of a new digital onboarding solution into existing workflows and assist with future system integrations.
- Manage the digital onboarding process, including distributing identification links and gathering essential information.
- Ensure accurate and timely onboarding of new clients while reviewing existing client records to confirm that documentation is current and properly archived within the AML database.
