About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative design team at the Boohoo Group. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for delivering fashion-forward creative across multiple channels, including marketing, e-commerce, product, and studio teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for seasonal campaigns and other projects, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Manage and mentor junior members of the team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Manager and Head of Creative to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding expectations.
  • Design and produce a range of creative assets, including social media content, print marketing materials, and internal/external presentations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business, ensuring clear understanding and delivery of briefs.
  • Maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines, ensuring all creative output meets the highest standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and industry developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and creativity in your work.
About You

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who is passionate about fashion and creative design. You will have a strong portfolio of work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • 3+ years of experience in a senior graphic design role, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
  • Excellent design skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, with strong communication and project management skills.
  • Passion for fashion and creative design, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends.
