Workshop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Controller / Senior Technician to join our busy service department at Perfect Placement UK Ltd.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for allocating work to technicians, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supervising a team of vehicle technicians. They will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and complying with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate work to technicians within the workshop
- Ensure all associated administration is completed to a high standard
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Supervise a team of vehicle technicians
- Comply with health and safety regulations and ensure the workshop is a safe place to work
- Previous working experience within a similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- A full and valid UK driving licence
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workshop
- Strong technical expertise
The successful Workshop Controller / Senior Technician will have the opportunity to work with a leading automotive dealership in the Croydon area and will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £45,000 with OTE £50,000.
