Position Overview

Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated part-time Educational Support Assistant to join our esteemed team, providing essential support in a primary educational setting.

Role Responsibilities

This long-term position involves working with children in Year 1 and Year 2. The successful candidate will be engaged in a mixed-age classroom, contributing to a nurturing learning environment.

The role requires a proactive approach to identify students who may need additional assistance, demonstrating flexibility in adapting to various classroom dynamics.

Working Hours

This is a full-time role, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, five days a week.

Candidate Requirements

To be eligible for this position, candidates must:

  • Possess a minimum Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning in schools.
  • Have prior experience as an Educational Support Assistant in a school setting.
  • Exhibit a genuine commitment to being part of a collaborative educational team.
  • Demonstrate experience in supporting primary education, particularly in Key Stage 1.
