Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Projects Manager to join our team at Your World Recruitment Group.

The ideal candidate will have significant recent experience working within NHS capital at a senior level, with a strong understanding of relevant NHS guidance documents and governance mechanisms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from Stage 0-7, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes and ensuring the smooth handover of projects to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from Stage 0-7, ensuring successful outcomes and smooth handover to stakeholders
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with relevant NHS guidance documents and governance mechanisms
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

Requirements:

  • Significant recent experience working within NHS capital at a senior level (minimum Band 8A)
  • Strong understanding of relevant NHS guidance documents and governance mechanisms
  • Ability to lead projects from Stage 0-7, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Interview Process:

The interview process will consist of a panel interview with two Associate Directors, and will cover the following questions:

  • Are you available to start on 04/10 in order to accommodate handover current incumbent?
  • Do you have significant recent experience working within NHS capital at a senior level (minimum Band 8A)?
  • Do you understand and can demonstrate a leadership role in a practical previous application of a full project lifecycle Stage 0-7?
  • Do you have experience of relevant NHS guidance documents to include HTMs and HBNs?
  • Do you have knowledge of all governance mechanisms available to ensure the successful outcome of a project?
