About the Role

As a F&B Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their every need is met with a smile. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be put to the test as you work alongside our well-synchronized service staff to deliver flawless events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee breaks and lunch buffets with precision and flair
  • Organize tables, action stations, and buffets to ensure a seamless service experience
  • Communicate with the kitchen to ensure all meal requirements are met
  • Monitor cleanliness and sanitization of tables, stations, and service areas
  • Manage the presentation of tableware to ensure it's always accessible and appealing

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with great conversational skills, a positive outlook, and a willingness to learn and grow. Previous banquet serving experience is a plus, but not required – we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
