About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused F&B Service Expert to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott Manchester Airport. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their every need is met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests, ensuring high-quality presentation and service.
  • Organize and maintain the cleanliness and organization of our service areas, including tables, stations, and buffets.
  • Communicate effectively with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service and meet guest requests.
  • Monitor and maintain the presentation of tableware and ensure it is accessible for our guests.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitization in our service areas, adhering to our high standards.

What We're Looking For

  • A positive and outgoing personality, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training.
