About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused F&B Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests to ensure seamless service
  • Manage table settings and ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Requirements

We are looking for someone with great conversational skills, a positive outlook, and a willingness to learn and grow. Previous banquet serving experience is a plus, but not essential - we will provide the training

Working Hours

This role will require you to work 30 hours per week over 4 days, including weekends, with a variety of early and late shifts. We are happy to discuss flexibility with you.
