Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Team Manager to join our team at Primark. As a Night Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that it is fully stocked and prepared for the next day's business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the replenishment of store stock, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage deliveries and collaborate with the day management team to ensure seamless product moves and price changes.
  • Report any stock issues and take corrective action to prevent future occurrences.
  • Allocate tasks to the team of Night Retail Assistants and provide guidance and support to ensure they are motivated and engaged.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.

  • Leadership experience and coaching skills to influence and motivate the team.
  • Commercial awareness and talent development skills to drive performance and growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
