Hotel Night Supervisor Opportunity

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Supervisor to join our team at the pre-opening stage of our new hotel in Manchester Airport. As a key member of our launch team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff during the night.

About the Role

As Night Supervisor, you will work closely with the Night Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel during the night. Your responsibilities will include conducting security checks, ensuring fire safety protocols are in place, and liaising with the accounts team to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and living through our brand standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. The ideal candidate will possess previous nights experience in a hotel environment and have bags of personality and a real flair for hospitality.
