About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Night Supervisor to join our team at The Midland Hotel. As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift, including managing the night audit, balancing end-of-day accounts, and working closely with the Night Team to exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the night audit process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Balance end-of-day accounts and reconcile any discrepancies
  • Work closely with the Night Team to ensure the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage room service orders and liaise with the Night Porter to ensure guests enjoy a great meal from our Kitchen

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry

  • Ability to work a varied shift pattern, including nights and weekends
