We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at Macfarlane Group. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers and targeting new business opportunities in the packaging distribution sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement a business plan to maximize sales and deliver excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain and develop existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities and extending the customer base.
- Use CRM software to follow up on leads, enquiries, and quotes.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a first-class service is provided to customers.
- Prospect for potential new customers and turn this into increased business.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Meet potential clients, growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers within client companies.
- Plan approaches, sales presentations, and pitches.
- Meet yearly and monthly sales targets assigned to you.
