Key Responsibilities:

The External Sales Manager will be responsible for growing and increasing sales in the branch's geographical area. This involves continually identifying and developing new and existing business accounts, as well as developing strong customer relationships to maximise the full potential of all accounts.

Requirements:

  • Cold calling on the telephone with a willingness and tenacity to secure new business opportunities.
  • A valid UK driving licence to facilitate travel between clients and the branch.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to demonstrate effective time management skills.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience of the wholesale industry, with a proven track record of increasing sales and developing strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with rejection and have a strong telephone presence.

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, with a bonus structure available. A permanent contract with the opportunity to work from a field-based office environment.
