Job Description

The role of the Revenue Collection Specialist is a critical part of our team, responsible for:

  • Collecting property rent and other property-related revenue in a timely and efficient manner
  • Supporting our credit control team in managing delinquent accounts
  • Conducting status checks on potential commercial leaseholders to ensure compliance with lease terms
  • Performing internal audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Verifying tenant compliance with lease agreements

The work is a mix of office-based and on-site, with travel primarily focused on Greater London and North Surrey. This is a part-time position that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

As a Revenue Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties to ensure timely rent collection
  • Communicating with tenants and property owners to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Collaborating with the credit control team to develop strategies for delinquent accounts
  • Conducting site visits to verify property conditions and tenant compliance
