About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Supervisor to join our team at Jones Bootmaker in Buchanan Galleries Glasgow. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store management team in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the store, including coaching and developing the team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, providing expert advice on shoe care and accessories to meet customer needs.
- Be self-aware, taking responsibility for your own performance and the performance of your store, and be able to question and learn from feedback.
- Live and breathe the Pavers DNA, leading by example and embodying the company's values and culture.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and weekdays, and be available for on-call duties as required.
- Knowledge of shoe care and accessories, or a willingness to learn and develop this expertise.
