About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team at Diligenta. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments
