About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our Trade Branch Network team at Eurocell Plc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing team absences and deployment, supporting training and maintaining training records for Branch staff, and driving sales and maximising margins while ensuring our customers always walk away happy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage team absences and deployment
  • Support training and maintain training records for Branch staff

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business targets
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives
