Regional Fleet Van Sales Executive

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company in the van industry, driving growth and success in the South East region. As a Regional Fleet Van Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance fleet van sales within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance fleet van sales within the assigned territory
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Achieve the required sales target and related KPI's within a 12 month period
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales and Regional Retail Team to identify opportunities for all product and services via sales
  • Enhance the image and reputation of the company while supporting its commercial interests
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales and an understanding of total costs of ownership and funding options
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels
  • Ability to present professionally and share insights at regional sales and dealership meetings
  • Capacity to find new customers and increase the customer database
  • Previous experience in selling or renting capital equipment to key local fleets
  • Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the Van industry
  • Full UK driving licence is essential, as regular regional travel is a core component of the role
