Job Title: Group Accounting Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Accounting Manager to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading the accounting and financial reporting functions for our group of companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management accounts
  • Develop and implement financial reporting processes and procedures
  • Manage the accounting team and provide guidance on financial reporting and accounting matters
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes

Requirements:

  • Recognised professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Experience in financial reporting and accounting for a group of companies
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
