About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Analyst to join our dynamic global team at La Fosse. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our employees across 10 global offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive end-user support for all offices, ensuring timely and effective resolution of tickets as per defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Deliver in-person support in our offices and internationally as needed, ensuring seamless support across all locations.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on business-as-usual processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, risk reduction, and audit compliance.
  • Support AV systems, telephony, and smaller IT projects across all offices, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows 10 environments and core Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer).
  • Experience with Office 365 user account management and troubleshooting, ensuring efficient and effective support.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, remote access systems (MFA, Citrix, Windows Terminal Servers, Meraki VPN).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AV systems (Crestron, Cisco), Endpoint Manager (Intune), SCCM, Auto Pilot.
  • ITIL certification and other professional IT qualifications are advantageous, but not required.
Requirements
  • Passion for delivering high-quality support and a commitment to excellence.
  • Strong technical skills and experience in supporting Windows 10 environments and core Microsoft products.
  • Experience with Office 365 user account management and troubleshooting.
