Job Title: Support Worker - Bank/Casual

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Caithness. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns, or dementia with their daily routines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with their daily routines, including personal care and activities
  • Assist with meal preparation and cooking
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities and hobbies
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support
