Role Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and seasoned Vice President of Customer Success to become a vital part of our team. In this pivotal leadership position, you will oversee and expand our dedicated Customer Success division, which currently consists of 2 members with plans for growth to 5. Your primary objective will be to ensure the success and satisfaction of our clients in the merchant sector, enabling them to derive maximum value from our payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Customer Success team to deliver outstanding service and support.
  • Formulate and execute strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention within the iGaming industry.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to enhance processes and elevate the customer experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, assisting them in achieving their business objectives through the effective utilization of our payment solutions.
  • Track key performance indicators and provide regular updates on customer success initiatives and results.
