About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Redannick Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care to residents in line with their individual care plans
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Encourage residents to participate in leisure and social activities, promoting a sense of community and belonging
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00, plus pay rate enhancements on certain shifts
  • 40 hours available for days and 20 hours available for nights
