Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Primary Schools in Greenwich. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to pupils with SEND, developing and implementing personalized learning plans to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Use behavior management strategies and techniques to support pupils with challenging behaviors.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure seamless support for pupils.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and policies related to SEND and safeguarding.
