Our Academy provides a world-class education for children, and we are committed to nurturing and caring for their wellbeing.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work under the supervision of the class teacher to support teaching and learning activities in the classroom. Your role will involve providing general support to the class teacher, creating and maintaining a purposeful, orderly, and supportive learning environment, and promoting the inclusion of all pupils.

We are looking for someone with experience of working with school-aged children, particularly those with SEN. A graduate or Level 2/3 equivalent in Teaching and Learning is desired, as well as good numeracy and literacy skills. You will also need to be able to use ICT, including computer, audio, video equipment, and photocopier, and have good keyboard skills and knowledge of relevant ICT packages.
