About the Role:

Mixxos Group is seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to join our team as a Data Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that distributors across Europe can update their e-commerce platforms with the latest product information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain product data within our Product Information Management (PIM) system.
  • Collaborate with distributors to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is imported, classified, validated, and cleansed.
  • Provide guidance and training to distributors on how to effectively use our PIM platform.
  • Develop and maintain data governance processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop and improve the PIM platform.
  • Assist in advising and training distributors on how to import product data from our PIM system.
  • Manage data for both Ebay and Amazon sales channels as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, productivity, and optimal use of the PIM platform to distributors in the UK and Europe.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create pivot tables and perform lookups.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
