About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker Driver to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Community Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care to service users living independently in their own homes, responding to their individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management.
  • Assist with light meal preparation and domestic tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Work with Adult Learning Disability service users, receiving enhanced pay for these calls.
  • Develop strong relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
