About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker Driver to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Care Worker Driver, you will provide high-quality care to service users living independently in their own homes, focusing on their individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to service users, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management.
  • Support service users with physical and learning disabilities, including those with dementia and end-of-life care needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of service user interactions and care provided.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Experience working in care or a related field, preferably with a focus on community-based care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to scheduling and workload.
  • Compliance with Radis Community Care's policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection.
