Lead Scrub Theatre Practitioner | Urology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Scrub Theatre Practitioner to join our Urology Theatre Team at the Princess Grace Hospital, a leading private hospital in London.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the operational management of our theatre provision and team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring stock take and consumable requirements are fulfilled, investigating any accidents or complaints, and providing clinical oversight and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Minimum of 2 years experience in Urology Theatre's
  2. Operating Department Practitioner/Registered Nurse qualified with valid NMC Pin.
  3. Strong knowledge of clinical practices
  4. Commitment to continuous professional development.
  5. Some management experience as you will lead a team of 6 people but training and development would be given.
