We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Scrub Theatre Practitioner to join our Urology Theatre Team at the Princess Grace Hospital, a leading private hospital in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the operational management of our theatre provision and team on a day-to-day basis.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Urology Theatre's, with a strong background in robotics and operating department practices. You will be a qualified Operating Department Practitioner/Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin and a commitment to continuous professional development.
As a Lead Theatre Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our theatre provision, including stock management and consumable requirements. You will also be responsible for investigating any accidents or complaints and providing clinical oversight and guidance to the team.
