Theatre Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner Scrub to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our theatres.
About the Role:This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with a shift pattern. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting our theatre team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate fully as a team member, including working in all areas of the theatre suite, sharing knowledge and information, and supporting colleagues to promote a cohesive team and achieve team objectives.
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to our hospital's standards and policies.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient theatre environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Current HCPC/NMC registration.
- Postgraduate experience in theatres.
- 12 months' surgical experience.
- Orthopaedics experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others.
