Are you ready to elevate your career in a pivotal role within a leading facilities management organization? We are seeking a Senior Technical Operations Manager to oversee our Corporate Business Unit.
Our client is a prominent player in the facilities management sector, boasting an impressive annual revenue and a reputation as a top provider of FM Services, catering, and various building solutions globally.
This position involves managing technical operations for a key corporate client situated in a tenanted office environment, along with additional sites in the vicinity.
You will lead a team of approximately six technicians, with a Technical Supervisor reporting directly to you. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Account Manager to uphold the highest standards of service delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
We are particularly interested in candidates with an electrical background, although we welcome applications from individuals with a facilities management background and mechanical and electrical (M&E) experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of technical services, ensuring operational effectiveness, adherence to maintenance regulations, and compliance with SLAs for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Enhance team performance through proactive leadership, reducing reliance on subcontractors, and fostering skill development within the team.
- Engage in strategic discussions with clients to promote engineering excellence and sustainable estate management practices.
- Guarantee the continuous operation of critical assets, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to the engineering team, encouraging a culture of ongoing improvement, problem-solving, and innovation.
