Position Overview
The Systems Integration Specialist is responsible for unifying various components of a project into a single, cohesive system. This role is crucial throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective coordination and execution of factory and site acceptance testing. As the final phase of the project, integration is vital for delivering high-quality results before handing over the system to the client. This position operates at the intersection of technology and artistry, contributing to the creation of world-class shows and spectacles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, test, and configure equipment for site deployment.
  • Assist in the commissioning of control systems.
  • Occasionally lead maintenance and site operations related to controls and electrical systems.
  • Conduct inspections at client locations, identify issues, propose solutions, and ensure resolution within budgetary constraints.
  • Safely install lifting systems.
  • Generate technical and inspection documentation.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date reports and documentation.
  • Travel on short notice to client sites, potentially internationally, to support projects.
  • Assist in planning and specifying works, including basic electrical design.
  • Commission control systems.
  • Diagnose and prioritize issues, providing feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to knowledge management by creating and sharing learning materials.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project handover.
  • Integrate diverse elements into a unified project.
  • Communicate regularly with the project team regarding tasks and risks.
  • Participate in field engineering and installation, implementing technology on-site.
  • Conduct shop testing and setup for complex components.
  • Maintain a foundational understanding of all integration-related technical areas.
