Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our marketing efforts across four businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their skills and career in a dynamic and ever-evolving business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement content strategies for all websites, including blog posts and social media content.
  2. Create and schedule engaging content on various social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  3. Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
  4. Develop and implement brand guidelines across all companies to ensure consistency and cohesion.
  5. Respond to customer enquiries and engage with the online community to build brand loyalty and reputation.
  6. Manage and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and drive sales.
  7. Manage budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  8. Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  9. Create engaging content, including promotions, updates, and valuable information to educate and inform customers.
  10. Promote events through various channels, including social media and newsletters to increase attendance and engagement.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  12. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for the business and develop launch strategies from conception.
  13. Develop and implement print design and advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and drive sales.
Person Specification
  1. Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their applications.
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, with experience in graphic design and content creation.
  3. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude.
  4. Ability to multitask and work on several projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  5. Professional certifications in marketing, such as CIM or AMA certification, would be beneficial.
