Job Title: Brand Marketing and Social Media Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Marketing and Social Media Executive to join our team at Robinsons Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing the marketing for four businesses, overseeing all aspects of our in-house marketing, including social media, content creation, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement
  2. Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms, including blog posts, videos, and graphics
  3. Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
  4. Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
  5. Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI
  6. Develop and implement brand guidelines across all companies
  7. Respond to customer enquiries and engage with the online community
  8. Manage and execute social media advertising campaigns
  9. Create and distribute email marketing campaigns
  10. Promote events through various channels, including social media and newsletters

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a marketing role, with a focus on social media and brand development
  2. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to multitask and work on several projects simultaneously
  4. Graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
  5. Professional certifications in marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot
