At 2 Sisters Food Group, we take pride in being essential contributors to the UK's food supply chain. We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Supervisor to enhance our team.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday
Compensation: £12.50 per hour

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with product safety, quality, and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with the QA Team to develop and monitor quality management systems.
  • Facilitate effective communication between Technical and Production teams across shifts.
  • Maintain strict food safety protocols.
  • Oversee the QA team and assume managerial duties in the absence of the QA Manager.
  • Address non-conformances and liaise with suppliers as necessary.
  • Generate product samples as requested by customers.
  • Conduct quality assessments and ensure adherence to customer specifications.
  • Implement hold procedures when required.
  • Report directly to the QA Manager and follow provided instructions.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor who possesses:

We prefer candidates with at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and expertise in quality assurance.
