At 2 Sisters Food Group, we take pride in being essential contributors to the UK's food supply chain. We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Supervisor to enhance our team.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday
Compensation: £12.50 per hour
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with product safety, quality, and legal standards.
- Collaborate with the QA Team to develop and monitor quality management systems.
- Facilitate effective communication between Technical and Production teams across shifts.
- Maintain strict food safety protocols.
- Oversee the QA team and assume managerial duties in the absence of the QA Manager.
- Address non-conformances and liaise with suppliers as necessary.
- Generate product samples as requested by customers.
- Conduct quality assessments and ensure adherence to customer specifications.
- Implement hold procedures when required.
- Report directly to the QA Manager and follow provided instructions.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor who possesses:
- Strong numerical skills for performance reporting.
- Self-motivation and resilience.
- Flexibility and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

We prefer candidates with at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and expertise in quality assurance.
