We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer to join our team at Tru Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, mixing paint to ensure a perfect match, and spraying high-quality finishes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare vehicles to be sprayed with precision and attention to detail
* Mix paint to ensure a perfect match for each vehicle
* Spray painting vehicles to a high standard
* Quality check on completion to ensure there are no defects

**Requirements:**

* Experience in water-based paints and a stable history in a car painting environment
* City & Guilds qualification or equivalent ATA accreditation
* Ability to work to a high standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques
