Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking a Patient Care Support Specialist to become a vital member of our Surgical Unit team.
Candidates must possess prior experience in a hospital setting as a Healthcare Assistant.

Work Schedule: 5 out of 7 days on a rotating basis - Shifts include 7am-3pm and 1pm-9pm.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Assisting the Surgical Unit team in delivering outstanding patient care.
- Supporting and monitoring patients throughout their stay.
- Recognizing and reporting any significant changes in patients' health status to the appropriate personnel.
- Aiding in the safe movement of patients in accordance with hospital protocols.

Who We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a hospital environment is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
- NVQ Level 3 qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with procedures such as ECGs, blood sampling, and patient monitoring is advantageous.
- Flexibility in working hours is required.
