Are you a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to offshore industries or heavy machinery to diverse sectors? As a Business Development Manager, you will leverage your expertise to connect with clients, understand their unique needs, and deliver tailored engineering solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate high-quality leads, create tailored proposals, and close deals that drive business growth.
  2. Industry Expertise: Apply your knowledge of selling bespoke solutions, engineered systems, or heavy machinery to a wide range of sectors, with a strong focus on offshore/marine industries.
What You'll Achieve as a Business Development Manager:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular travel and communication.
  2. Contribute to the development of business strategies and directly influence the company's success.

Benefits and Perks:

Standard Working Hours:
  1. Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM
