We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a skilled Senior Support Worker or Team Supervisor to become part of a dedicated facility catering to children and adolescents aged 9 to 17 who may have faced social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

As the Residential Care Team Supervisor, your primary duty will be to guide and manage your team to ensure the delivery of the highest standard of care.

You will collaborate closely with the Registered Manager and deputy to uphold and monitor the standards of high-quality, child-focused care for the young residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Your role will also involve participating in the shift rota, including undertaking shifts and sleep-ins as necessary, while assisting in organizing the rota and responsibilities for your team.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity for professional growth, allowing you to acquire new skills and make a significant impact on the lives of children and young people.


The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable and proactive professional who can leverage their prior experience and understanding of residential child services to foster a thriving environment for the home, staff, and young residents.

Qualifications:
- Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare or equivalent
- Strong understanding of Children's Homes regulations (2015) and quality standards
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in children's residential settings, with at least 1 year in a Senior or Team Supervisor role
