Senior Residential Childcare Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Childcare Manager to join our team at Millstream Lodge. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to our young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
- Work closely with other senior staff to promote safe practices and positive handling.
- Ensure all medical needs of the children are catered for and routine appointments are maintained.
- Provide cover for the role of Deputy Homes Manager as required.
About You:
We are looking for someone who has experience of working within a children's home setting and is passionate about supporting young people. You will need to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent and be committed to developing confident and capable young people.
