Trade Marketing Manager

As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for bringing marketing excellence to all our channel partners and points of conversion through a wide range of deliverables. Reporting to the Country Marketing Manager, you will deliver the annual local marketing plan based on the strategic direction and marketing focus set by the Res and Pro EU Marketing leadership group.
Key Responsibilities:- Channel Marketing Leadership: Be the main point of contact for all channel-related marketing topics, ensuring seamless communication with channel partners, local sales teams, and the central channel marketing leadership team.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Channel Marketing leadership team to secure timing and execution at the country level, driving the planning and delivery of channel marketing activations for all local residential channel partners.
- Marketing Content Creation: Develop material and content for all channel partners and points of conversion, including in-store material, price information, catalogues, campaign material, promotional material, and more.
- Translation and Localization: Secure translations and local adaptations/localization for centrally produced assets, ensuring that all marketing materials are tailored to the local market.
- Training and Support: Support the delivery of content toolkits for both online and offline material to channel partners, working to secure excellent visibility at all channel partner touchpoints.
- Channel Partner Management: Be the first point of contact for local channel partners in all marketing-related topics, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful marketing activations.
- Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Business with strong experience in Marketing strategy – preferably international scope.
- Marketing Experience: Solid marketing experience within a larger organization, with a proven track record of developing and implementing marketing plans and activities.
- Project Management: Proven project management experience – used to working towards multiple, tight deadlines simultaneously.
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to support business initiatives and development through marketing activation.
