Practice Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Earls Hall Veterinary Group.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent client care and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a multi-site team, including financial responsibility, debt control, client complaints, people management, and premises management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of veterinary professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and exceptional client service.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong track record of leadership and management. The ideal candidate will have:
