About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader with excellent management and communication skills. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing a multi-site team, including financial responsibility, debt control, client complaints, people management, and premises management.

You will work closely with other key members of the Practice Management team to ensure we provide an outstanding and professional service to our clients and their patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a multi-site team, including financial responsibility, debt control, and client complaints
  • Develop and implement effective team management strategies
  • Ensure excellent client care and communication skills
  • Work closely with other key members of the Practice Management team
  • Manage premises and ensure a safe and healthy working environment
