Job Title: Floor Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Front of House Supervisor / Floor Manager to join our house at WatchHouse Bath. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week - 5 days a week). You will be paid £12.55 per hour plus service charge (up to £2.50 per hour).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a best-in-class experience to everyone who walks through our doors.
  • Supervise and manage a team of baristas and customer service staff.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and quality of products.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
