Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team at WatchHouse Bath. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class experience to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every customer has a positive experience
  • Supervise and manage a team of baristas and other staff members to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee shop
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have everything we need to provide excellent service
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives
