Hours: 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 18:30 - 19:30

Job Description:

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Evening Cleaner to join our team at Pareto FM. As an Evening Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities during the evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
  • Clean washrooms and ensure they are well-stocked with necessary supplies
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor cleaners, to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
  • Carry out cleaning tasks as required by the contract specification and supervisor, with agreed timescales
  • Dust and tidy assigned areas to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Be punctual and attend for duty as requested, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely, adhering to company protocols
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve the highest standard of work and maintain a positive team spirit
  • Continuously develop and improve quality standards, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
  • Meet the expectations of managers, clients, and the company, responding to any reasonable requests
  • Ensure that products, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and stored
  • Use initiative to resolve problems where appropriate, communicating any unresolved issues
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, adhering to company expectations and wearing appropriate clothing/PPE
