Job Title: College Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced College Leader to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. As a College Leader, you will be responsible for the overall management of the unit, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of food and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation, cooking, and service of food to agreed standards and specifications
  • Ensure the efficient and economic use of all resources, including stock, team members, and company assets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve high standards of performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards
